Integrated Management Systems Policy

BSTOffice aims to design and produce customer-oriented, quality products in the design and production of office furniture, and to ensure complete customer satisfaction by standing behind its products with after-sales services.

It aims to increase its leadership in the sector at the national level to the international level. In line with this goal, our company considers it a priority task to ensure the continuous improvement of the living and working areas in terms of environmental and occupational health and safety with our products and our sensitivity in our working areas as well as our quality.

BST Office implements ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the following locations:

Note: Integration of dealers into the system is determined by contract terms. Document Scope: Office Furniture, Design, Production and Sales There are no items excluded within the scope of the Quality Management System.

To achieve these goals;

We carry out the necessary work for the protection and reuse of existing natural resources.

We fully fulfill the current legal obligations related to Environment, Quality and Occupational Health and Safety that concern the company.

We do what is necessary to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.

Continuous trainings are organized to raise awareness of our employees on quality, environment, occupational health and safety issues, We raise awareness and ensure that employees are involved in all matters defined under laws and standards and that they have an infrastructure for consultation.

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide after-sales service with our competent and authorized personnel by producing error-free products.

We provide the infrastructure and planning needed to be prepared for emergencies and intervene when necessary. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 in the establishment and implementation of integrated management systems and ISO 45001:2018 standards with the participation of all our employees and we are committed to continuous improvement.
